Spotlight: Robert Fisher
Robert Fisher’s year has been off to a very busy start! Robert and his wife Taelor are expecting a new baby in October (gender is still a surprise!) and in preparation for all the toys and baby gadgets they are quickly acquiring, they just bought a new home!
Robert joined ByrdAdatto as an attorney in 2016 after passing the Texas bar. Robert started at the firm as a summer clerk after his 2L year at SMU Dedman School of Law. Robert currently focuses his transactional practice on preparing and negotiating corporate and commercial arrangements, such as certificates of formation, bylaws, physician employment agreements, mid-level practitioner collaborative and delegation agreements, and management services agreements. Recently, Robert has been honing his legal skills in the niche area of federal and state health care regulations that impact transactions and contracts, and counseling clients on anti-trust, anti-kickback, and private securities laws.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys hunting, fishing, sailing, golfing, and relaxing with his wife and family, especially in Minnesota during the summer. Having grown up playing and watching football, he is also an avid football fan, particularly when it comes to cheering for the University of Georgia Bulldogs.
