Robert J. Fisher’s passion for healthcare traces back to his high school days of shadowing doctors. This passion evolved in college as he studied biology in the pre-med program, and again in law school as Robert transitioned his interest in healthcare to the legal field.

With this education, a business attorney for a father, and a renowned orthopedic surgeon for a father-in-law, Robert brings a strong corporate transactional background blended with a unique understanding of issues affecting providers and the medical field to the services he provides his clients. He provides counseling and advice to both healthcare providers and non-professional business owners through his practice that focuses on corporate structures and operations, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. Robert strives to listen to the client first and understand the exact issues of concern so that his work can be focused and fine-tuned to the client’s needed solution.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys hunting, fishing, sailing, golfing and relaxing with his family, especially in Minnesota during the summer. Having grown up playing and watching football, he is also an avid football fan, particularly when it comes to the cheering for the University of Georgia Bulldogs.
