Four of ByrdAdatto’s aesthetics attorneys are preparing to head to Vegas to present at the American Med Spa Association’s First Annual Medical Spa Show. Attorneys Michael Byrd, Jay Reyero, Renee Coover, and Alex Thiersch each will play a central role at the conference, which is the first trade show ever to focus exclusively on the fast-growing medical spa industry. The conference is expected to bring over 350 people representing some 200 med spas from across the U.S.

ByrdAdatto will present on several topics, including dealing with investigations from regulatory bodies such as the DEA or state medical board, creating a legal structure to allow non-physicians to operate medical spas, and updating the medical aesthetics industry on new legal and compliance regulations.

The Medical Spa Show will take place on February  9 – 11 at the Aria Hotel in Las Vegas, and will feature four separate tracks of education. The General Session will feature industry leaders from throughout the medical aesthetic profession and will cover all aspects of the medical spa world – business skills, clinical treatments, and, of course, legal and compliance updates. The Clinical Track features experts discussing their trade and includes live demos of the newest treatments. Clinical providers should park themselves here. We also have an entire track of industry-sponsored education featuring the newest treatments, techniques, and products available. In addition, the show features a full slate of industry-based classes featuring new technology and a half-day of sales and staff training.
